Guihang New Energy 2023 "Project Battle" Mobilization Conference was successfully held
At 9 am on February 6, 2023, the coordinated start of major projects at the provincial, municipal and county levels, namely the "Project Battle" Mobilization Conference, was grandly held in the second district of Quannan County Industrial Park (i.e. the new factory site of Jiangxi Guihang). County Party Secretary Zeng Ping, County Mayor Bian Jianzhong, Guihang New Energy Group General Manager Li Zaixin, Assistant General Manager Meng Dejiang and other leaders attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the conference, Comrade Zeng Ping, Secretary of the Quannan County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, delivered an important speech. He first stated the project investment situation in Quannan County this year, and emphasized the important role of Guihang New Energy Group in the local economic development.
He said: "Jiangxi Guihang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. integrates new energy battery development, production and processing. The total planned investment is 2 billion yuan. The company's new factory covers an area of 100,000 square meters. After the project is completed and put into production, it will form an annual production capacity of 3GWh/kilowatt-hour lithium-ion batteries, with an annual operating income of more than 2 billion yuan. Since the beginning of this year, Quannan County has focused on eight major actions, with a first batch of 116 major planning projects with a total investment of 57 billion yuan, and the investment in large and medium-sized provincial projects accounts for 50%. There are 42 projects started in this linkage, including 14 major provincial and municipal projects and 28 county-level projects with a total investment of 24.1 billion yuan. More than 60% of the industrial doubling and upgrading projects account for 79.6% of the investment, including 3 industrial projects with an investment of more than 2 billion yuan. The projects have strong driving effects and good comprehensive benefits, and are bound to become a strong pillar for driving the economy of Quannan and high-quality development in the future."
Regarding the project carried out by Guihang New Energy in Quannan, Secretary Zeng Ping said that he would insist on leading large investments with large projects, driving large development with large investments, competing in packaging popularity, construction progress, implementation speed, and service temperature, and accelerating project construction to achieve high quality of development and ensure economic development. He also put forward three requirements for the economic development of Quannan County:
First, strive to recruit projects with all your strength and continue to pay double 10 billion; keep a close eye on the Greater Bay Area, snatch food from the tiger's mouth, and strive to introduce more than 16 new projects with a value of more than 1 billion and more than 6 projects with a value of more than 2 billion. Second, run hard to build projects, insist on progress overriding everything, assign people to projects, and people monitor projects. A list of items to be promoted will be formulated one by one, and the front-line competition, on-site horse racing, and every second will be used to seize the construction period; speed up and constantly innovate the new speed of project construction. Third, serve the project in person, go all out to compete in environment, service, and work style, everyone strives to be a waiter, create a hard environment in each link, provide enterprises with cycle services for introduction and landing development, and strive to create new achievements in industrial development!
After the meeting, Zeng Ping, secretary of the CPC Quannan County Committee, and Bian Jianzhong, county magistrate, carefully asked Li Zaixin, general manager of Guihang Group, and Meng Dejiang, assistant to the general manager, about the start of construction and progress of the new plant. He said that he would increase efforts to meet the delivery deadline and complete the first phase of construction with high quality and efficiency. General Manager Li of the Group stated: We must live up to the expectations of the county party committee and county government, strive to be the leader of Quannan's economic development in 2023, strive to create an annual output value of 2 billion, rank among the top enterprises in Quannan in terms of revenue generation, better solve local employment problems, and serve the society and people's livelihood.
