Go to Qiniang Mountain to spend a good time
The sun is shining, the breeze is not dry, and the good time is worth it. Under the organization of the company's administrative department, the 2023 Shenzhen Guihang Electronics Outdoor Development Team Building Activity will meet with you at Qiniang Mountain on November 18 (Saturday) as scheduled!
Early in the morning, colleagues from various departments gathered downstairs of the company with excitement at 7:45 on time. More than 50 colleagues of the company took two buses and arrived at the destination at around 10 o'clock. As soon as they got off the bus, they were deeply impressed by the natural scenery. The grass was green, the mountains in the distance were stacked, the sun was bright, the air was fresh, and the breeze was blowing. Qiniang Mountain made people feel relaxed and happy. After a short break, everyone was divided into 4 groups by the coach. My group was the Tiger Team led by Yu Peng. Our slogan was "Tigers are mighty and invincible". Then we took photos, threw frisbees, drank, barbecued, had afternoon tea, and played ball. Especially for playing ball and throwing frisbees, under the patient guidance of the coach, all the team members performed the unity and cooperation within the group and the personal self-challenge to the fullest. Each group staged "success" and "failure". It is particularly worth mentioning that Meng Dong, chairman of the group company, also came to the scene and actively integrated into it. He participated in the activities with the team members, which injected a strong dose of confidence for the complete success of this event!
Through this expansion training, departments that do not interact with each other on weekdays can also sit together, and two people who are usually separated can also drink and talk happily. We say that drinking is a tool and gathering is a form. This gathering made me deeply realize the great centripetal force of the team. Without the mutual cooperation and joint efforts of each member of the team, it would be like a lone sail, difficult to sail far, on the contrary, we will go further! Through this team-building activity, team members can better understand each other and enhance communication and cooperation between teams.
